Hello 👋 everyone💕💕💕💕

I saw this quote and loved it! I thought I would share with you all …I adore this actor!

What kinds of physical activity do you enjoy? What are your goals for physical activity & exercise? Would you rather do exercise alone or with others?

I pay for therapy through 7cups and generally am annoyed by a 'feed' on the home page with things like this.  However, I love *** Van ***.  Thank you for giving me a pleasant suprise this morning.

Cutting out alcohol completely was of major benefit to my health. With the tons of empty calories I've lost around 20lbs. Exercise wise I love walks. I enjoy healthier foods but my family came up from the South and brought southern cooking with them. I finally found a water I like and can drink a lot of. S. Pellegrino. Now I'm thinking of getting a membership or start out paying per visit at the community center gym. A psychiatrist told me that with exercise, diet and hydration you get better mental health. He said people forget the brain is also and organ and requires those things. Now I just need someone to hold me accountable. The weight loss wasn't don't in a healthy way.

Congratulations! Your therapist is sooooo right never thought it that way that our brains 🧠 need fuel and exercise for good mental health! It makes sense and it does help a ton. Keep going and a gym is a great community as well ! I am cheering you on across the miles. 🙌🙌🙌🙌😎😎😎😎
