Steps!

I don’t know if this is the correct place to post this but I got almost 10k steps today! Very happy it’s been awhile since I’ve hit even 3k 😄😄😄😄

Awesome job to you 👊🏼…

Getting almost 10,000 steps a day is an excellent way to help with Cardiovascular Health, Burn calories & help reduce Sendentary behaviors. So you are making some great strides there for yourself! 👟…. And may this be a foundation that you can continue to build on for yourself going forward!

Keep up the great work! 👍🏼

Well done you, I have some health issues that were severely impacted by fortunately just a mild COVID infection late 2010. I had been tracking my steps but not taking any notice of them up to that point as I used my Garmin to track my running but I set the intention that I was going to do at least 10k a day from then onwards to hopefully minimize the risk of another COVID infection causing me so many issues, setting the intention I knew would be like a red fal to a bull for me, I'm a very competitive monster, the step streak has continued to this day and is less than 80 short of 2000 now but what matters is the benefit it has brought to my peace of mind knowing that it is helping my health and reducing my risk.

Small steps, hitting the first year was the biggest turning point, I hardly notice it now as it is just how I am now.
