Bananas. They're full of potassium and other good stuff, only ~61 calories for half a banana, and they're good in a variety of ways: on their own, sliced over dressing cereal or on a peanut butter or PB and honey or marshmallow fluff sandwich, blended in a smoothie, with honey over yogurt, or - my fave - sliced and sautéed with brown sugar and butter to make a caramel banana compote for pancakes or French toast! Are you craving a banana yet? 😋😉👍🍌🥞

I love cooking! Vegetable and seafood soups are really healthy because they contain the goodness of fibres, healthy oils and vitamins. You can always add a bit of chili for spice and parsley for garnishing! <3
I have several favorite health foods. I find steamed or boiled carrots delicious. The same goes for broccoli. Besides being famous for improving eyesight, carrots can help fight off cancer, improve digestion, detoxify your body, boost your immunity, etc. They're also full of vitamins.
I also LOVE mango and red plums, as long as they're sweet, ripe, and juicy! Other favorites of mine include fresh raspberries and blueberries, eggs (I like to make mine 3-minute style), sticky rice (AKA sweet rice or 'glutinous' rice), pistachios, salmon, cantalope, honeydew melon.....the list could go on and on!

@sparklingdiamond2016 I definitely feel you! Vegetables are amazing!
I like watermelon.
I love fruits! Especially sweet ones like peaches, watermelon. They always make me smile and feel better about my nutrition choices:)
blackberry :)
Homemade stir-fry. So many delicious options with that. I like to saute veggies and chicken and put it on top of rice with a homemade sauce. Like I said, so many options, I can change around the veggies and sauce to make Chinese, Thai, Indian, and so many other versions!
Cheetos! :)
Oh wait, that doesn't count? How sad. Okay, well strawberries then - fresh. Especially just picked off the plant!
Anything with coconut ❤
I love strawberries because they're super sweet and you can dip them in loads of sweet stuff and still be "healthy" :D
