Think about a fruit and a vegetable at every meal

To eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, we just have to eat it at each meal.
And, to make sure not to miss of it, it is easy to make provisions. Generally speaking,

- A fruit or a "real" fruit juice for breakfast
- A vegetable and a fruit for lunch
- A vegetable and a fruit for dinner
- Complete with snacks if necessary.

This rule applies at all times, whether you eat at home or outside. So it's good for lunch and dinner!

Fear of pesticides? We must not stop eating fruits and vegetables because we fear the effects of pesticides! The benefits of a diet rich in fruits and vegetables far outweigh the risks associated with the consumption of pesticide residues that may be present in fruits and vegetables.
For toddlers, because of their small size, children are more vulnerable to various contaminants. Peaches, pears and apples can then be peeled because a small amount of pesticides could be found in their more porous skin
