Struggling to lose weight

I guess I'm looking for some helpful motivation or tips that will help me get on a healthier track. I'm only in my late 20's but I'm so disgusted with my body now. I've gained 70lbs through the course of my twenties and I can't even stand to look at myself anymore. I've started using Noom to help log my food and I've noticed I'm not as hungry anymore when I stay within my calories. But it's so hard weighing myself everyday and see the number fluctuate. I know it will be a long journey but I have like zero self esteem right now. I'm feel so self conscious going for walks which doesnt help. I want to get back into yoga but I still live with my parents, this means the only space I have to work out is my tiny room. It's so hard to build up motivation to lose weight when it feels like it's just not an easy thing to do right now. I really need to start trying harder though because my mental health is suffering very badly, I just don't know how to develope a good routine or an healthier life style right now.

I am not a big fan of weighing everyday for that reason.... seems like once a week or something is a better idea.....

there are plenty of walking or simple start exercising videos on you tube ... it is hard to keep up at first with if you are not used to it... most take small amount of room i do in my living room on grey/ cold or wet days that i cannot get out to walk. i did 8000 steps today just in my house walking or dancing in place. if people could see me they might laugh but i simply do not care i do it for ME.

I will tell you if you do develop a walk routine people if they do see you most are cheering you on.... maybe wondering why they are not out there....... in my neighborhood a lady started and walked off about 75 lbs took a bit over a year ... but we watched as she got smaller and smaller... and she is a rockstar here people all admire her dedication and she motivated many as well....

Thank you! I'm sure most people don't think about me as much as I'm assuming they are. It's just that social anxiety is so hard to get past, especially when I'm very self conscious now. I keep thinking about how much easier it'll be to do things when I live on my own, but I know if I don't start developing better habits now, who's to say I'll be able to start when I can finally move out. Taking these first steps are much harder than I thought.

@KaleighSkys

From your posts i see you know what you want to do just shy about starting... habits and lifestyle changes do NOT instantly happen when you ... get your own place or any other goal .... it takes a step at a time to start a habit and grow into them.
