It's a "special" font character that I got from the font website link below
and I think it can be used for personal use like posting to social media like here
but not for any commercial money-making as they explain

If you click the link above you will see the sun character and a box to enter more characters too.
You can then save a custom image of that and share the image as a link or download the image instead.
To see all of special characters you need to click the grid button and scroll to the bottom below the normal a,b,c etc. characters.
You can copy it using their save image button at the link above.
You also can see the special character code if you click in the text entry box at the link above and select all.
If you like unique fonts, then you can search the website above for other graphic fonts by topic like "sunshine".
Most fonts there allow personal non-commercial use.
