🌞 This past week was a mix of Steady and Busy..... With lots of errands, keeping up with appt's etc....I was able to stay on track with water/hydration goals, workouts/activity & sleep goals.

🌴 This past week continued to be very hot here. I kept up with indoor workouts (Aqua classes and Zumba)... And continue with evening walks with the pup. The past 2 weeks I have gotten back into taking Sunset drives at dusk. Its something I haven't done in a quite awhile. It was a really nice stress reliever, and evening mood booster before turning in for the evening.

🌊 At this weeks end we took a quick Beach getaway and went to the Ocean~ and stayed for a couple of days. It was a really enjoyable time. And was much needed to help break up the weeks monotony, as well to just relax and unwind.

Hello, Ocean!

🌞 How are you this week?
All good, thank you!

🌴 How do you feel this month went for you overall? What word would you use to "sum" up this past month for yourself?
This month went better than I thought it would. I'd describe this month as productive. I finally got some overdue work done for my thesis, lol. I started doing my nails and journalling again after stopping for more than three years. I also started driving lessons and advanced English lessons. It all has been fun even though I got scared at first; I'm proud of myself for pushing through!

🌊 What are some "healthy" ways that you took care of yourself this past week?
I was better able to maintain some routines (I struggle with routines, lol). Took my meds, did physical exercises, did some journalling, and pushed myself to expand my comfort zone.

🌞 WHICH BEACH would you choose? (SUNRISE with a good book OR SUNSET with tropical drinks)?
Hmm ... I don't love beaches, especially when it's sunny. 😅

I think beaches are better at night, though, so I'd choose sunset with tropical drinks 🍹🍸

🌴 What were your "highlights or struggles" of the week? How were you able to work through your challenges?

I returned to 7 Cups after my long break and got by forum supporter badge again. 🥳 There aren't really any meaningful struggles, really. I feel great about the week!

Thank you for this check-in 💜

Here’s how the past week went. Amanda is a bad mother. Sunday, I watched John MacArthur for 30 minutes. I also read my art history book and also watched auto racing. Monday morning I hit my foot against the wall while I was sleeping, and after I got up I got a nosebleed. Tuesday, I took a bath. I still have blue-grey scaling on my legs, but it is a solvable problem. I read my theology book and art history book several times throughout the week. Wednesday night I watched a documentary about Pakastani disabled children living in Great Britain. Those Pakastani’s really like to marry their cousins. It was very disturbing. It’s not my calling in life to help disabled people. Maybe after I become rich I can donate money. Wed, Thu and Fri, Ashawn took me to the library where I read my poetical interpretation book and then went for a walk by the marina. Ashawn really likes to drive through those stop signs and red lights. Dennis gets upset whenever Alan or Amanda wants to change his diaper.

@Regmo

Hey Regmo~ Sounds like you had a productive week with your studies reading up on your Art history; theology; watching a documentary; poetical interpretation; trips to the library; getting in your walks; and getting a bath for yourself. These are All good things. It Also Sounds like your caregiver has been working out for you so far. Thats a really good thing as well, but hopefully going through stops signs and lights won't continue for long! Also, Hopefully for you, hitting your foot and the nosebleed wasn't too bad for you. And maybe once you are able to meet with your dermatologist you can discuss your leg scaling further and they can take a look at it for you to see how its continuing to resolve. Thanks for checking in this week to share with us and to keep us up to date on how everything is continuing to go for you.
