**This past week has gone well....Pretty much the usual. I stayed on track greatly with Meals, workouts, and Water... Sleep has still been a little off-track but that is my own doing and know I really need to do better with that! Dealt with some Minor stressors this week, but managed to push through them without any major anxieties~

**The weather here had been so great the past month, however, this week as of Thursday we started to get some light rain in our area...However, it didn't stop me from going to the pool! lol... ( I'm already "Wet" right?!)...So I did manage to get to the pool several days before the rain began, and then today when we had the rain.~ Alot of my ZUMBA GOLD ladies are out on vacations, or dealing with medical issues, so...I didn't teach any GOLD classes this week, but I still taught my One "Regular" ZUMBA class on Monday~ My mom who has been out of town the past Two weeks, will be back Today!... So... since we are expected to get some rain the next few days, I can still get some Walking time in with her once she gets back since I won't be able to get in the pool much. It will give us a chance to "catch-up" with one another.~~ I also finished up and completed my First round of Bootcamp that my facility had this past month....I feel like I can already see and feel some positive physical changes from it... .Now there will be a break from it, but not sure how long in between sessions they are going to do... As challenging as it is, I know it works for me.

**Today I plan to atttend either a local POUND or ZUMBA class...not sure which yet. And got some errands to run. Today is also 'Treat Day' and I'm looking forward to trying this new Icecream I found with some Awesome Nutrition information. I do like Icecream in the summer months and when I saw this, I had to get it. Its a very small pint-sized bowl, Gluten and Dairy free.... I'm really into Salted Caramel things~ We have to allow ourselves things in moderation and without any guilt~

ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND~ yes

@PoliteOcean Hello all . This week has been decent so far. My sleep cycle which was so messed up is now sorted out. That is such a relief . I do have some goals for the upcoming week . One of them is to meditate and excessive regularly . I hope I end up achieving them.

Thanks for reading.

@calmsoulmeet

Sorry to hear that your sleep cycle wasn't as good at you were wanting but its good that your week is going well so far!

I hope that you are able to work towards meeting and achieving your goals! You can do it! Just take "small" steps and don't overload yourself with too many changes all at once. It makes sticking to your goals and plans a little easier wink

Best of luck to you on a great week of making your goals happen! Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how you've been doing!

Another busy week but pretty much staying on track. Time is still going too fast, but I am enjoying the weather. A little cool for swimming, but great weather for outdoor exercise. Still on track with goals. Seems to be easier making goals as I have finally finished most major projects and have more free time and less stress. I enjoy a slice of peach or apple pie as an occasional treat on weekends. You are right moderation without guilt. During the week desert is usually fruit or yogurt with honey or fresh fruit. Goals for the month are still staying on track with diet and exercise. Do you like your new exercise tracker? Enjoy your weekend.smiley

@sail46

Hey Sail!...

Glad to hear that you are keeping busy and staying on top of your goals!... Keeping busy can be a good things sometimes..(not too busy of course! lol)... But just enough!...

I totally agree time is going so fast already... I can't stand it frown.... I keep thinking its only the first week of June but this weekend coming is already "Mid-June" and July 4th is now under a month away already..Its like after that, summer just seems to 'Fly' right by~

I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the weather where you are and still managing to get your outdoor exercises in!.... I know it can feel so much less stressful when you dont have so much on your plate, to enjoy things more!

YUM!... Apple pie... I haven't had apple pie in so long~ So yummy... That is a great treat to have.. (I don't think I've ever had Peach pie?!)... Somehow the "Apple" always gets my attention first! lol...... I like Cottage Cheese with Fresh fruit and honey!.. Almost close to your treat during the week lol..

I really am enjoying my FitBit Versa.. Its really so nice to not always have to take it off near water (Showering etc..).....and that I can finally know all the work that I am doing in the pool and have "stats" for that. I'm certainly glad I got it for that reason alone if nothing more~ Thanks for asking!

I hope you are enjoying your week~ Thanks so much for checking in and letting us know how you've been doing!

Doing ok.

Got exams back, results were awful.

Did quite a bit of exercise this week.

I'd like to complete all assigned homework this month.

Highlights? Probably exam results, which went terribly, and maths, which went ok.

@Rebekahwriter13

Hey there!

Wow having to move to have a room painted sounds like a lot of work... (I had something similar happen to me as well years ago when I lived in my first apartment)... It was crazy.

Where did you go? Did they help you move?... My old landlord way back then, moved us into an empty apartment while they did work in mine but it was still stressful wondering what they were doing because I couldn't take all my stuff, but I still had to be out of the apartment for almost a week I think it was!~

Hopefully for you your migraines have subsided...

Great job to you on getting a walk in ! Thats awesome!... Keeping up with your appointments and getting the healthcare providers that you want are also good steps and ways of keeping on top of your personal health physically, mentally and emotionally.... And prayfully all will come together for you.

Good luck to you on figuring out whats going on as well as finding a new place!... Thank you for taking the time to check in and letting us know how things are going. Continue to keep us informed.

@PoliteOcean My land lord owned two buildings, they moved us for three days, but they didn't want us cooking in the other place so it drianed our account with fastfood and lunch meat. I feel so swollen from the salt. Yuck.

We had a family friend help as our landlord have a lot on their plate and they want us to get rid of more stuff. I feel like I am slowly losing myself.

We need to get a better place, but our fianances are very weak. My uncle gave me a lottery ticket (Cash Explosion) for a drawing for a game show. I know it's a long shot but I hope to get on, just to get a better place. . . prayers and positive vibes, I'll know by Saturday night.

Hey all! June is shaping up to be okay... I'm still sick with a cold/flu but I'm returning to group therapy and playing Neopets in my time off.. I'm sure my sister could really use me helping out with the dishes but yesterday my nose started to run, so I didn't want to be Typhoid Mary and get the one remaing housemember who isn't sick, ill, because I happened to handle the dishes. I also read a book that was phenomenal, called 'A Time to Dance' by Padma Venkatraman. It is a novel written in short free-verse poetry chapters. It was very good.

I guess my thing about being healthy is I went back to group.. and I swallowed my pride and got a pair of shoes and a shirt from the clothing bank.

After a tough April and May (I gained even more weight, despite being on a meal plan), my doctor and nutrition coach gave me a new meal plan to follow to help me with my portion control and my structured eating, and it's the second day, and it's been tough, but despite kind of blowing it yesterday, and splurging this morning for breakfast (I had a box of donuts I had picked up for a friend's birthday later, after my planned breakfast of half a grapefruit wasn't enough and I gave in!), I had a very healthy lunch and I'm back on track! Instead of beating myself up for my binge this morning, I just replaced the food I ate (and I'll forgo having one myself at the party!), and made sure I walked to get some exercise, and planned a healthy dinner to keep me going on my plan!
