🎃 This time of year can sometimes start to get stressful for many, as we start to near the end of the year, and start moving into "Holiday Mode", (and/or more treats are being offered!).....What are some ways that you keep this time of year a "Healthy" One for yourself?!

My favorite color is yellow! Ive been struggling with self hate and i'm still trying to work through it. I feel ugly and inferior most of the time and feel like i am not good enough. But to end positively i am working on it.
