Hi, I'm Angel! I think my favorite "physical" hobby is knitting and my favorite "mental" hobby is writing. I love knitting because it's relaxing and depending on what pattern you choose, it can be a long term project or a short term one. I prefer it over crocheting because when I learned how to crochet as a child, I had serious tension problems. I would pull the yarn really tight against the hook and have a hard time getting the hook into previous rows. Trying crochet again as an adult and under the expert guidance of my mom (who can literally crochet in her sleep, I've seen her do it), I like it a lot better, but knitting is still my favorite. It's very calming and can either be really repetitive or different every row. I like that there's millions of different patterns out there (lots are free! I have yet to buy a pattern), so you can basically make whatever you want and choose a project that will fit your needs. I also love knitting because it's a lot of muscle memory so I can kind of zone out while doing it or do it while I watch TV, which is nice. No guarantee that I don't mess up when I'm not looking, though lol. Usually it's not a big deal. On that note, knitting is also pretty forgiving if you drop a stitch or something. The thing I like the most about knitting is the fact that even if you're working from a pattern and have all the right supplies and know all the types of stitches, there's still always a lot of thinking and troubleshooting involved. I don't know if every pattern I've used has had mistakes in it or if I just keep misreading them or making mistakes of my own, but every project I've done has had a point where I have to lay everything out and do some serious brain work to figure out how/if I messed up or what I'm supposed to do next. Apparently I make a very specific face when this happens and my mom always knows I messed up before I even open my mouth. It's frustrating sometimes (especially when the pattern relies on math), but I like that I can't just passively do a pattern. I always learn something from each new pattern so it keeps it interesting. I taught myself how to knit from a few internet & youtube tutorials at the end of 2019, so wow, I've been knitting for almost two years now! This post is a bit longer than I meant it to be, but hey, I did say I like writing, didn't I?

Hi My hobby is reading. I like reading novels and stories across various genres. It feels like I am exported to another world, to somebody else's story and I am living the story with them. I developed reading when I was in 5th grade. I started with Edin blyton's Secret seven which actually woke my interest in reading. I loved the way the author took us on those adventures. Then I explored other teen author books. As I grew up I started exploring other writers. Agatha Christie, J K Rowling, Sir Arthur conan doyle, Ruskin bond etc. Reading makes me feel calm.

Heya, I'm Hattie. My favorite hobbies all involve making things, and I do almost all of them. Fiber arts, needlework, painting.. you name it. Recently I've been doing more painting and home DIY than anything, as we just moved into a new house last May. I've been working on several murals and furniture makeovers. I love the process of creating and transforming things, and I love getting lost in the process. I've been creating as long as I can remember - art and crafts have been my favorite thing since I was a little bitty.

I'm Kayla, but people just call me Kittie. My favourite hobby will have to be painting. I love it because it brings out my individuality more and it's always been a mood reliever for me. I've been painting for nearly my whole life throughout school and now at home trying to make a small career out of it. My first painting was probably back in preschool when I was around 4 and my first painting outside of school was about 6 years ago when I was 15.

Hello! My favorite hobby is dancing. It's my favorite form of exercise and is a great way to meet new people and make new friends. More recently, I've enjoyed partnered dancing, though haven't been comfortable going out much due to the pandemic. When ever I really connect with a partner and have a fantastic dance, it feels like flying! I love that feeling, of moving across the floor, listening to the music and translating that to motion, and the way that dancing makes me forget all of my life's stresses for a moment, my concentration focused on the dance! I've been dancing since I was 3 and partner dancing for 8 years now.

I like watching anime and reading manga. It makes me feel like i am in another world and have all the peace and fun. I did it since a long time ago. And watching anime makes me feel happy.

Ive been playing mostly trading card games recently due to the surge of pokemon hype.

I’d say ive been playing video games all my life and tcg for 15 years now.
