Building Trust
Trust is not something you get for free. You build it slowly, through actions that show others you are reliable, respectful, and real. On 7 Cups, where people often come to share vulnerable parts of their lives, trust becomes even more important. It is what makes people feel safe enough to open up, participate, and stay involved in the community.
In online spaces, you do not have tone of voice or facial expressions. That means you have to work harder to be clear, thoughtful, and present. Trust grows when you follow through on what you say, stay consistent, and treat people with care, even when things get complicated.
It is also about how you handle conflict. Do you disappear when things get tough? Or do you stay, listen, and work through it? People remember that. Trust can break quickly, but it can also be repaired with effort and honesty.
As a listener, member, or leader, your presence matters. You help shape the culture just by how you interact with others. A small act of consistency, honesty, or kindness can go a long way.
Reflection questions:

@jollyshortcake22 Hey there!
Personally I always believ that Trust is greater strength than any other. Trust doesn't always get prioritize the way it deserved to be. It is really essential to feel safe and make others feel safe too. That's the beginning of everything.
You can love, respect or open up to people if you can be Trust.
Trust is Priceless ♥
@jollyshortcake22 Nice information. I feel safe trusting others when my gut tells me, but sometimes I make mistakes, and I'm learning to fix them. People can trust me or not is their choice. I can't force them to like me, but if they need me and they don't trust me, it's their mistake.
