Life Isn’t Black & White

Not everything in life is simple. Complexity awareness means recognizing that most situations have layers. It's a superpower for decision-making.

When did seeing the whole picture (not just black and white) help you understand something better?

@mindfulofthoughts There was a time when two friends of mine were in a fight, and at first, I thought one of them was just being rude for no reason. But when I actually talked to both of them and listened to what was going on, I realized it wasn’t that simple. One of them was dealing with personal things at home and didn’t know how to talk about it, and the other felt ignored. Once I saw the full picture, it made way more sense. It taught me that most situations aren't just good or bad, there’s usually more going on underneath. Seeing the layers helped me stay neutral and actually help instead of making it worse by picking a side.

@mindfulofthoughts It's a great question. I use Soulglasses to have an objective view. Yeah, hard to find the line in complexity. All I need is to find a grey line for it. We make life balanced. What about you? How did you see the whole picture?
