Me found out that the helpline counsellor I asked if they could be a long term one is now stuck with meeeeeeee. 😀 I’m super happy because I love that counsellor as they laugh when I laugh (even during inappropriate times 😀) and they are sooo nice. Youuu know, all this time when Emo said how excited they were for moving to the oldie side, my protective side used to think "hopefully this excitement stays and they feel comfy here as well" --- aging up (the whole idea around aging up) is soooo scary, it's not easy to let go of what our usual "comfy" was, so many friends, and the "friendly faces" around who provided a sense of safety, familiarity, comfort, and assurance that okay --- this place looks fine with "some" relatability factor involved.
As the day is coming closer, it is more than valid to feel the "reality-kicking-in" and the *big* change making you feel scared and nervous, the "what-ifs" are always great at shooting our anxiety to another level too.

Sun won't lie xD the chatrooms here can be a little too much for some people sometimes (It is for me too❤️) the one that you mentioned, MCR, is pretty famous for all the wrong reasons now I think haha 😛 --- word spreads lol! We gotta agree there's all kinds of people in the world, but we shouldn't let the few not so nice ones to make us lose sight of the nice ones, and so Emo will also find many kind, compassionate, fun, supportive people here.
Andddd Oh noes, that is sad to know, you deserve to feel heard, seen, understood, acknowledged around here --- I'm sorry teenie side hasn't been treating you too well lately :/ *but* some people will never lose their charm, some people are *you*, you are some people. Andd so we can always try our best, who knows you'll find some awesome people here too and make good friends --- I know for a fact, all the mods adore Emoo and will always (during their shifts 😮) be around to make you feel safer, and comfier, and so will many buddies of yours, who'll be happy to share any space with the lovely Emosaurus. ❤️
