[Archived] LDP New Structure!

Hello, students!

I hope you�ve been doing well! I have some big news for you (you should have received via email but I want to ensure everyone sees this)! We�ve made some changes to the structure that I hope will make the LDP easier to navigate.

Changes are as follows:
- We will no longer be putting the courses in monthly cohort subforums. We found that separating groups was creating a lot more work. You will still identify as a cohort group (ex. You signed up for July Cohort, you remain July cohort), but all discussions will be organized by their courses. This will make it easier to find them and go through them. You can now find them in their own sections:
Course 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

- All courses are now available. You can go through them at your own pace. However, we strongly recommend you do not rush so you can develop a comprehensive understanding of the information this program provides.

- To track your progress through the program, we are replacing the trainee dashboard with progress report forms. You may still utilize the dashboard for your own record keeping, but for the sake of ensuring you are getting the most out of this program, we are requiring you to fill out a progress report once every two weeks.

To give you a solid timeframe, you have 2 months, starting today, to finish the 5 courses, get into leadership (if you are new) and graduate! The deadline to lock in everything is October 28, 2020. I apologize for not having a date sooner, but I think we're finally set on our process!

I know this will take a little adjusting, so if you have questions, you can approach any of these folks who lead the program.
