Hello, I am in the March 2026 cohort. I really want to develop my leadership skills even if it's about leading myself first. I am very introverted but I am genuine about my desire to guide people. I think the most important step is to make them trust me and I want to learn how to be able to do that.

@Heather225

I am in the May 2026 cohort.

 What excites me most about the leadership development program is the opportunity to support others who may be facing challenges I have experienced myself. I value being able to share what I have learned in a way that helps others feel understood and supported.

There is an important difference between surviving and thriving. Survival is about getting through difficult situations. It requires focus, caution, and resilience. It is not weakness, but it is limiting, as it centers on endurance.

Thriving, however, is about growth and possibility. It allows space for confidence, creativity, and forward movement. Instead of asking how to get through something, it asks what comes next.

I am excited to help others make that shift. As a leader, I want to support people not only in overcoming challenges but also in recognizing their potential beyond them.
