Heyyy there🤍I hope you are keeping up well Bean!

I'm one of your peers here on Cups and a part of the Leadership Development Program. Feels really nice to meet you and read out your personality test results.

To be honest, while reading your response, it made me feel really warm and mellow! ✨Feel like Life's so easy breezy cheesy simple types! ❤️ Connecting with small social groups can definitely ensure emotional stability I guess. Is it that way?

I'm also glad that you are creative! As far as my results point out, I'm also rated the same. So how about sharing one great experience where you felt you presented a creative unique idea? 😍 For me, I remember making a pretty layered gift box on my friend's birthday 🎉😁

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

Resilience (You can call me Resii) 💕

Your Friendly Peer

29%, Neuroticism

29% Openness to Experience

@EllaListens

Same here. It can be quiet overwhelming being stuck in that cycle of negative emotions. I'm sure with the right mindset and the right people you'll be able to overcome this.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I’ve  learned that im a highly creative and open-minded individual who enjoys exploring new ideas and thinking outside the box. I value freedom and spontaneity over routine, preferring a flexible lifestyle rather than being tied to strict plans or schedules. Socially, i strike a balance between enjoying the company of others and appreciating time alone, making me adaptable in different social settings. While i can be cooperative and considerate, i also prioritize my own needs and are not afraid to set boundaries. Emotionally, im.... experience occasional stress and strong feelings, but I manage to balance them with calm and resilience and keeping it to Myself Only

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learned that I'm not as open minded as I thought I would be and scored lower in extraversion than expected as well.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My strengths are conscientiousness and agreeableness. This can help me in my personal life as being conscientious keeps me working hard at my goals in school and elsewhere, and helps me make sure I'm keeping up with any work that needs to get done, and my agreeableness makes it easy for me to sympathetic, forgiving and courteous to others.

What were the main things you learned about yourself?

About the varying levels of open-mindedness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, negative emotionality

What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My strengths are being high on extraversion, low on negative emotionality, middle in conscientiousness. Because I’m higher on extraversion I can be friendly and sociable, but also appreciate occasional quiet moments. This will be easier for me to talk to others. Due to being lower on negative emotionality, I generally manage to cope with stress. As I am middle in conscientiousness, I prefer a laid-back approach but still meet essential responsibilities which is like work life balance.

1) I’ve learnt that I appreciate creativity but also value structure and familiarity.

2) I am organised and disciplined, balancing productivity with flexibility.

3) I am friendly and socialable, but also appreciate occasional quiet moments.

4) I can be reserved and prefer not to compromise my own interests easily.

5) I am generally calm and even-tempered, though I may experience mild stress occasionally.

The main things I’ve learnt about myself is that I like to keep things in order, stay productive and value structure in life.
