@Hope

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

Open-Mindedness - You prefer familiar routines but occasionally explore new experiences.

Conscientiousness - You are highly dependable, efficient, and attentive to detail.

Extraversion - You are highly sociable, talkative, and feel energized around people.

Agreeableness - You are sometimes cooperative but also prioritize your own needs and boundaries.

Negative Emotionality - You are sensitive to stress and occasionally experience strong feelings of anxiety or frustration.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My extravertedness will help me make contact with members and listeners who want to be apart of my team allowing for greater communication and management.

Additionally the highlight to my stress management, only highlights the importance that I will need to manage my time well to minimize stress.

@Hope

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

Here are my stats!

Open-Mindedness: You balance novelty with familiarity, enjoying both new ideas and routine.

Conscientiousness: You value being responsible and efficient but allow for some spontaneity.

Extraversion: You are friendly and sociable, but also appreciate occasional quiet moments.

Agreeableness: You are generally cooperative and empathetic, but can assert your needs when necessary.

Negative Emotionality: You experience occasional stress and strong emotions, balancing them with calm periods.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

Funny enough, it seems that I scored in the middle percentile for all the aspects of a personality. My 2 highest scores (62 and 63), and thus, my strengths are being responsible/efficient (but also spontaneous at times) and empathetic/cooperative (but also not afraid to assert your needs). I believe that being able to switch from one side to another side in terms of the 2 aspects, conscientiousness and agreeableness, allows me to adapt to situations well and produce great outcomes. For instance, in a setting that requires a leader, I can actively lead by incorporating and voicing some ideas for a project. For another scenario that requires support and input rather than a leader, I can take on an active member role rather than a mentor to collaborate with others.

I identify myself as;

4. Assertive and courageous

5. Emotionally under control

6. Excited and love public interactions

@Hope

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learnt I'm not as close minded as I thought I was

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

I think both tests showcased my openness to new ideas. I often find myself stuck about thinking innovative ideas but stuck on how to execute. So now, I'll use that strength to my advantage and try to implement.

I always believe that even considering you might be close-minded is, in itself, quite an open-minded thing as you're able to self-reflect. As long as you're honest and not overly harsh or self-critical.

Being able to come up with and think about new ideas is a very important skill. You say you're often stuck on thinking about them and find it challenging to sometimes implement them. I wish you luck with this but also believe that the time you spend thinking about the new ideas actually can help the implementation of them go smoother.

I am introverted, I have a high score on openness to experience and conscientiousness. I am kind as well. On the other hand, I am sensitive to stress.

My strengths are that I am organized, I am kind and empathetic. As per my strengths, professions in psychology would be a best fit for me. Being organized helps me stay focused on my task.

Dear @Hope,

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learnt that I tend to be more tradition oriented than open to experience new things I like to know what my plans are and I tend to stick to it. I learnt that I’m not too extrovert I’m balanced between loving to socialise and loving a moment of solitude.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

I got the strength of being well organised and disciplined with a conscientiousness 86 percentile, so I believe this is one of my strengths that helps me achieve the things I aim for with the discipline and the organised work it helps me achieve my dreams.

3. I will reply

1) I am generally calm and even-tempered, though I might face mild stress occasionally.

2) I guess I can be someone to depend on in stressful situations and tasks.

The Big 5 Result: 81J-43E-4d-51H-79D

Main things learned:
  • Not as conscientious as I'd ideally like to be so that's something I can work on.
  • I like that I'm a medium score on the Agreeableness. I fear that previously I had been too agreeable and not had strong boundaries. So scoring in the middle shows I'm on my way to hopefully becoming more assertive with the important things to me.
  • I have a higher score for negative emotionality, which I did know but seeing it written down inspires me to work on ways to decrease that.

Strengths per test, how can they help in personal life:
  • Open-mindedness allows me to consider and think of multiple different perspectives.
  • While I'm not as conscientiousness as I'd like to be, I score in the middle with the description "you prefer a laid-back approach but still meet essential responsibilities". It's true that I always meet my essential responsibilities. A positive way to look at this is that I'm selective with what I do and try not to stress so much with things I'm not so keen on (which can help with my higher negative emotionality!). I think selectivity is important and it relates back to the Venn diagram of "work you're good at, work that's interesting to you, and work that solves an important problem or meets an important goal". Being selective will hopefully let me be in that sweet middle spot where all three things overlap.

@Hope

I am surprised regarding the Negative Emotionality because I thought I was more tending to nervous/high-strung than Calm/relaxed which is great to discover.

Open-Mindedness: I appreciate creativity but also value structure and familiarity

Conscientiousness: Here I value being responsible & efficient but allow for some spontaneity

Extraversion: I enjoy being around others and actively participate in social activities

Agreeableness: Sometimes I am cooperative but also prioritize my own needs and boundaries

Negativ Emotionality:  I´m emotionally stable and rarely feel overwhelmed by stress or strong emotions

I love to discover and learn about myself everyday to be a better version of myself!
