✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

The main things I learned about myself are largely the same as those from the previous test.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test, and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

I am open to new experiences (which is actually the truth). I am conscientious, meaning I am well organized. I am (as per the last test) an introvert and an extrovert. I tend to agree more on things than I disagree. And I am calm and relaxed.

✒️ Please reply to at least 1 of your peers in this thread with encouraging or supportive words!

I left a positive comment for @TowardsTheR8Intent.

What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learned that I am more spontaneous which makes me a little disorganised!

What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

I learned that I do my best work when I'm alone and in quiet areas, I can use this to prioritise more self-care time as I often push myself too much.

@blissfulSoul2347 It's great to see you have an adaptive well. I admit I like everything in a straight line, but I'm willing to be adaptable. Thank you.

I thrive on creative ideas, am generally cooperative but can assert as needed.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
I would say my strengths from the test are being dependable, efficient and attentive to detail, cooperative but also assertive, thrive on creative ideas, along with being friendly and sociable when needed.

@FenrirWolf That's so awesome! It sounds like you really learned a lot about what makes you unique in that test! Being able to both assert yourself and take a step back is such an important quality to have in life as well.

@Hope

I learned that I am a very introverted and negative person, which was kind of shocking because I always try to display a positive and outgoing personality both online and in person. In a way, though, it wasn't that surprising because I live in my mind so of course I would be at least vaguely aware of how I feel.

The test told me that I am a very open-minded and curious individual and that those were my big strengths. This also plays into the personality test which told me something similar.

@Hedgehogs83

Those are interesting results! Perhaps your curiosity and open-mindedness make it easier for you to connect with people and come across as outgoing, even though you're naturally more introverted.

I completely understand living in your own mind! There is so much to ponder in life. It encourages a lot of reflection.

1. What were the main things you learned about yourself

From the Big Five personality framework, you’ve likely learned that your personality reflects a balance of emotional warmth, thoughtfulness, and openness to experience, combined with an ability to stay calm under pressure.

2. What are your strengths as per the test and how can they help you in your personal life
According to the personality test, my main strengths are compassion, emotional understanding, and the ability to stay calm and balanced even in difficult situations. I naturally connect with people through kindness and empathy, which allows me to build strong and meaningful relationships. I also tend to be respectful and fair-minded, which helps me maintain harmony and avoid unnecessary conflict. My openness to new ideas and experiences makes me adaptable and willing to learn, while my sense of responsibility ensures that I stay committed to what I care about. These strengths help me in my personal life by allowing me to communicate with warmth and patience, understand others’ feelings more deeply, and create an atmosphere of trust and support in my relationships. They also give me emotional resilience, helping me face challenges with a calm and positive attitude.

Thank you.

Fantastic insights! It's such a good combination to be both compassionate and calm/ balanced. This will help you to maintain strong boundaries so that you don't burn yourself out while being there for others.

Also I love the perspective of responsibility helping you stay committed to what you care about - I had never thought of it like that before, but it's very true. Your strengths will definitely help you with emotional resilience which is such an important skill in life :)

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

Very similar things to the last test, I was surprised with my lower score on agreeableness as I'm usually described as a very thoughtful and agreeable person.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My strengths definitely stem from my extraversion and ability to lead / bring people together. I think this would be especially useful in a leadership space (like management) which I plan to do in the future.

What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I took this test years ago, but I learned that my scores can change over time based on personal growth and life experience.

What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

1. Open Mindedness: I thrive on new ideas and creative thinking.

2. Conscientiousness: I am highly dependable, efficient, and attentive to detail.

3. Extraversion: I am reflective and enjoy spending time alone or in quiet settings.

4. Agreeableness: I am very warm-hearted, empathetic, and willing to help others.

5. Negative Emotionality: I am sensitive to stress and occasionally experience strong feelings of anxiety or frustration.

The strengths on both tests can help me be more aware of myself and continue to develop my strengths and weaknesses.

@CordialDancer

It is interesting how our scores can change as we grow older and wiser (hopefully!). It isn't something I considered before but it makes a lot of sense. It would be interested to redo the test every few years and see how our scores have changed.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

From the personality test, I learned that I am highly open-minded and imaginative, which means I naturally enjoy exploring new ideas, creative projects, and unconventional perspectives. I also discovered that I’m very outgoing and social, which explains why I feel energized around people and often take initiative in conversations or group settings. At the same time, my results show that I have a balanced sense of responsibility—I like being organized and dependable but also value flexibility and spontaneity. Finally, being on the calm and emotionally stable side helped me realize that I handle stress and challenges with a level head, rarely letting emotions overwhelm me.

Overall, I learned that I’m a creative, people-oriented, and emotionally balanced person who enjoys both structure and freedom in equal measure.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

Strengths according to the tests:

  • Creativity and Curiosity (High Openness): I’m imaginative and eager to explore new experiences or perspectives.

  • Sociability and Enthusiasm (High Extraversion): I connect easily with others and bring positive energy into social or group situations.

  • Emotional Stability (Low Negative Emotionality): I remain calm under pressure and think clearly when faced with difficulties.

  • Empathy and Cooperation (Moderate Agreeableness): I value relationships and try to maintain harmony, but can also stand up for my beliefs.

  • Responsibility and Adaptability (Moderate Conscientiousness): I’m dependable yet flexible enough to adjust to new circumstances.

    How these help in personal life:
    These strengths help me build strong relationships, adapt to change, and manage stress effectively. My creativity and open-mindedness allow me to solve problems in unique ways, while my outgoing personality helps me form meaningful connections. My calmness under pressure means I can support others emotionally without feeling overwhelmed myself. Altogether, these traits contribute to both personal growth and positive, balanced interactions with others.
