Diverse team has many advantages including helping us to reach for as many people as we can from different countries, and we can have 24/7 support due to time zone differences, also it helps us to know more about different cultures.

We can be respectful to different cultures by many ways such as: not judging people from different cultures by their cultures, also respect them and their beliefs even if you disagree with time in a way. A diverse team brings diversity in skills also which is helpful to being creative and innovative.

Having a diverse team gives us an opportunity to see things from other perspectives and helps us grow in all the right directions. It helps us acquire newer skills from all the different skilled people present in the team. Having a diverse team also means we can provide more support as we are covering all the different timezones.
