be respectful of other cultures and religions. Imagine you're talking with this person face to face. use languages that others can understand easily. work on better ways to express ourselves.

having a diverse team leads to a greater number of perspectives ad cultures so a greater number of people are understood that way.

I realized that making jokes should be avoided since these jokes may not be funny in any other cultures. This way, people feel respected.
