What are some strategies that you've found to be helpful in your recent work?

Honestly, "getting started with it"~ half the battle is won as soon as we take the first step, without sounding too philosophical now lol, but this applies to most situations/ spheres in life!

So what's worked for me is really just getting started with what I need to, without fussing much on pace, style, deadlines or results/ outcome!
