Meditation is identified as a grateful, joyful, and body-sensation of joy. When you are relaxed and breathing calmly, you can identify positive emotions and be in a state of calm, stress-free feelings. You become in a state of your inner being or well-being.

Happiness needs joy, enlightenment, and feelings with purpose; when we experience this, we can do anything we set our minds to. When you meditate, you're relaxing not only your mind but your body as well. You are releasing tension to bring yourself back to the present.

We are all grateful for the things and people we have in our lives; through this, we are able to live a calm and happy life. When something does not go right or does not go the way we want it to, we begin to think negatively.

We may go through feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and doubt. We begin to think of the bad things that go wrong in our lives. When you begin to self-doubt yourself, you stop being happy. Meditation helps clear away anything negative and make one back to being happy.

The key to happy mediation:

Create the scene: Find a comfortable place in your home where you can meditate always. It would be your place of relaxation.

Release tension: Through meditating, you release stress, anxiety, and negativity, whereby you become in a more stress-free environment.

Recall Joy: Recall the last time you were happy and joyful and how you felt.

Incorporate a Smile: Learn to smile more; that can also release tension through smiling and laughing over things.

Identify a feeling: Identify what you're feeling at the moment and work on presenting that into your body and mind.

I created a web app through Claude, as one of my many experimentations to improve my state of being, I asked it to create guided prompts I click on any time I feel in a crises mode... I will add your suggestions of finding a place of calmness but also of journaling a happy moment!

I believe meditation is greatly helpful in life, Pam, so thank you for attending to this topic today!

Where is your go-to place to meditate in your home?

I usually meditate in the bedroom. It is the most quiet place in the home and always feels peaceful.
