- What makes you most fulfilled in life? Helping other people takes me out of my "worry zone"
- Do you feel that desire is created internally or externally by looking at role models who show us what life is worth living for? Role models only affect us if we see them as heroes or role models. The intention that we feed every day is what makes life worth living.
- How much do you believe media plays a role in the creation of people's desires? Again, it depends on how much you give media power and believe the world they picture.

- Do you feel that desire is created internally or externally by looking at role models who show us what life is worth living for? Most of the time we compare ourselves to role models externally which is where we go wrong.
- How much do you believe media plays a role in the creation of people's desires? A lot. We now use social media as a indication for what we want

Thank you for your sharings. Sadly too many people get influenced by social media and forget about what they really want. This is one of the reasons I believe practising mindfulness is very important, becoming aware of what is really important, what we want for us in life, not what we are made to need by media.

- What makes you most fulfilled in life?
Knowing that whatever happens, I know that my intentions are always honest and I am not hurting anyone for the sake of my interest. Being able to see that I can help others while growing internally is what makes me most fulfilled in life.
- Do you feel that desire is created internally or externally by looking at role models who show us what life is worth living for?
I think it is both. Desire is created internally as we explore our likes, dislikes, goals, and ambitions. However, external factors can still influence us, especially as we meet new people and experience new things in life.
- How much do you believe media plays a role in the creation of people's desires?
I believe that media especially social media plays a role in the creation of our desires as they make it very easy for people to see what they lack that others have. This usually leads to envy and jealousy for many people, thus dissatisfaction in life. I hope we can learn how to be more grounded. 💜
