It would be about turtles.

Turtles are amazing animals, they survived so many rough seas and are still here, actually one of the oldest animals in this world. What do you like most about them?

I like that they are so calm and won't let anything rush them. They live to their own beat whatever is happening around them.

If you had to write a book, what might it be about?
One of my favorite books is Walden by Thoreua. It writes about living life simply and aware.

To live alone in a secluded cabin at Walden Pond like David Thoreau did takes a lot of strength and the willingness to live a pure simple life. One of the books I will surely read in near future.

Not regretting anything at the end means peace. I saw a few movie clips of his book, amazing how he lived. Walden is also available as e-book.
Hmm..I'd like to write a book about ways to regain our lost connections to the natural world. That or a book about my favorite animal, ocelots. :)

@cafedaydreams what is interesting about Walden is Thoreau did not start out wanting to write a book. Instead he lived the life he thought was best for him and journalled about it and later compiled his journals into a book format. I think lived experience is very inspiring. Good luck with your idea.

Yes, and he didn't concern himself with following the status quo of society, which I find very fascinating. :)
@cafedaydreams he was a rebel but he was not doing radical acts. His most radical act was living life mindfully, 'so when I looked back on my life I did not feel I had not lived" (paraphrase of Thoreau)
I would write a book on how to attain lifelong happiness & balance.

I would write a fantasy novel! It would have found family themes and, absolutely, dragons!
