What is your favorite oldie song and if you feel comfortable to share what pleasant memory does it bring back?
My favorite oldie song is "Livin' on a Prayer", by Bon Jovi! I always listened to it in the car with my parents, and blasted it as we went on long car trips together! Thank you for the nostalgic question! ❤️

My FAVORITE Song of my "youth" is "YOUR LOVE"- By "The Outfield!"
I never realized it was actually my favorite song until I became much older and grew into an adult..... It was then that I realized the feeling that came over me whenever I listened to it. How it transported me back to a time in my life when I was young, carefree, free of responsibility & many friendships. It takes me back to the Summer that I first heard it. And being a very young teenager. And the "Album" of the record that a friend of mine had bought me with this song on it. I played that thing a hundred times a day ❤️ And everytime I hear it now it takes me back to those days and times and gives me a feeling like no other song can.

Life as a youngster was surely different than now for many of us and I guess there were many lessons in your life you had to learn. I hope though you're proud of what you know now and hey it can be so much fun just to put that song on again and pretend to be that youngster again for a short while 😊
Paradise by the Dashboard Lights by Meatloaf!
When my dad was still alive, me and my sister would sing it with him while driving in the car. It was always a very fun time. :) He liked many songs of Meatloaf, actually. So listening to that singer in general brings back simpler times. ^^

Sounds like you 3 had a lot of fun! A simpler life can be quite a good life.
I really love Beyond The Sea by Bobby Darin as a fun song to sing that brings up happy memories of movies I like and being with family. However, I think my favorite oldie has gotta be Garden in the Rain by the Chordettes. It doesn't bring up a memory, but I like the music video that plays in my head.

I believe it's nice to have songs like that to play particularly when feeling low and hey the Chordettes had amazing voices!
