Daily Mindfulness Check-In September 6, 2021
Happy Monday to everyone in the Mindfulness Community, I wish you all a great week 
You're not defined by your value to any other person on the face of this Earth, sadly many people suffer from this belief.The truth is that everyone is good enough.
Often this false belief is based on negative events which happened in the past, when you tried something new and it did not work out. Changing your mindset and assigning a different meaning to events in your life helps to feel more positive about yourself. Often some events were not really as important for us as we remember them, like having been too late for something. Also limiting beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves about who we really are, like “I will never succeed in anything”. They aren’t true, and they can be replaced with empowering beliefs like “I might not be good at this but I will not give up and try something else”

I am boring. I can't get success. I am dumb. I don't have any goals that's why I won't get good life and many more lol.

Everyone is amazing in their own way and you are beautiful and unique. You can do anything. Life is beautiful, just enjoy and live it to the fullest ❤😃

I would drop some beliefs like believing something without searching or evidence proof and to add up some beliefs i want to be straightforward and rational I thoughts....

I adore this topic and what you wrote! I conciously work at this daily. The way I assign meaning to a past event through a lense i no longer need and with inner dialogue that doesnt help me anymore. I am so ready to drop old beliefs that o longer serve me.
I am ready to drop the beliefs that :I am not good enough
I have to overcompensate to make up for my faults
I can not enjoy my life/be happy...until I do or get or achieve .....( fill in the blank)
I will replace the old beleifs with:I AM good enough and worthy
I am a great friend
I can choose happiness now
The present moment is where joy lies, not in some future moment i have not attaied yet

That I am worthy, and that if someone doesn't think so then that's their problem XD
