I did a Vipassana meditation from the YouTube channel Declutter The Mind today and that really helped. I've done a 10-day retreat and for six months after did two hours of vipassana meditation per day which made a massive difference.
I've also found ashwaghanda to be very helpful, as well as acupuncture, watching what I eat and say (input-output).

@amiablePeace77 I'm more patient than is good for me at times. When playing a game if someone is joining me, but stops responding, I'll sometimes wait over an hour and end up missing out on actually playing. It's maybe better to be a little impatient sometimes 😅
