When you notice miracles happening in your life, it’s often because you are focusing on gratitude, staying open to the present moment, and recognizing the kindness, beauty, and purpose around you. This is what makes your life meaningful: feeling good about your experiences, celebrating your achievements, appreciating how your life is unfolding, and finding happiness.

We all have a forgiving heart, where we forgive others who have mistreated or spoke to us wrongly. Sometimes we forgive some more than others, depending on the situation. Every single breath we take is a miracle that we are alive.

Miracles happen everyday, some smallest of things, and other real big. A miracle can be over coming addiction, forgiving a deep hurt done to you, conquering fears we have of something.

How to recognize miracles:

practicing gratitude: being blessed with what we have in our lives.

be present: being in the present the now, not who or what we did last year, or what we see in the future because it is not here yet.

maintain an open mind: when we approach something in life with being cautious about what we feel or what we see.

joournaling: writing down our feelings is often known to help solve problems. The words written open you to think of how to solve something, or a better way of approaching something.

I'm thankful that I didn't let my brother make me angry, that I accepted in a way the way he is. I managed to keep my peace.

The claim that everyday experiences like gratitude, forgiveness, or journaling constitute “miracles” makes it so you are conflate subjective perception with objective events; factually, a miracle is an event that violates known natural laws, whereas these are predictable psychological or biological processes. Practices like mindfulness or expressing gratitude may change one’s appraisal of life, but they do not alter external reality, and breathing is a continuous physiological function, not an extraordinary occurrence. Similarly, overcoming fears or addiction results from neuroplasticity, behavioral conditioning, and social support—well-documented causal mechanisms—rather than inexplicable phenomena. By labeling ordinary processes as miracles, the statement replaces empirical causation with unfalsifiable reinterpretation, stripping the concept of explanatory value. Framing routine human experiences as miracles is intellectually misleading and substitutes subjective reinterpretation for objective understanding. Misleading people is never a good thing.
