Spending time in nature helps me to connect with my inner self. I feel like I belong when I'm surrounded by trees or other plants.

Praying helps me to connect with my inner self 🩷
So does nature, and taking the time to appreciate the beauty around us !

I feel like right now that I'm still a beginner at meditation I need to be under the sun or in the wind to get that moment of mindfulness, I need an anchor around myself. In summer it is easier bc you can go outdoor, leave the window open...indoor I'm still not sure. I used food and eating when I couldn't go out but I don't know if it works as well...maybe bc I'm still fixated to use a guide instead of just letting myself go and do it as it comes...just use what I learnt and trust to do it on my own.

How do you connect with the inner you?
I connect with my inner self by taking time to slow down and reflect on my thoughts and feelings without judging them.
Whether through quiet moments, journaling, or simply being mindful of what I'm experiencing, I find that self-awareness helps me better understand myself and what truly matters to me.
How do you feel after meditation, yoga, or using mindfulness?
After practicing mindfulness, I usually feel more grounded and present.
It doesn't necessarily make all my worries disappear, but it helps me step back from them and approach things with a calmer perspective.
Even a few mindful moments can help me feel more centered and balanced throughout the day.
