What if calm is your default setting
Daily Check-In for March 23rd to March 25th 2026
If your default setting is on calm, it is because you may respond to things in a composed and calm manner rather than an emotional manner. This allows you to maintain things calmly, without being in a worked-up, tense moment or emotionally unstable manner.
When your mind is focused, you can focus better and prevent being stressed; you can think logically and act in a manner of calmness. When you're calm, you do not have that "fight or flight" reaction some may go through. When you are calm, you are helping your well-being and living life longer.
Being calm helps you in relationships with family, friends, at work, in your marriage, or dating. It shows you do not just fly off the handle. This keeps your relationships with energy and cool vibes. You have power of control when you are not rushed. You are able to handle anything presented to you calmly.
How to reset the calm button:
Train the pause: begin by choosing a physical action. You can begin deep breathing exercises so you can better work on being calm.
Rehearse the scenario: Visualize how you want to work out the problem. Once you are calm, you can work out any scenario easier.
Shift perspectives: treat yourself with compassion and do not judge your actions. When you treat yourself with compassion, things will fall into place like a puzzle.
Override the Default: Even when you are in a panic or stressed, you are able to overwrite it by being calm.
Calm is not always easy for everyone; it is how you choose to become calm. When we are calm, things in our lives move perfectly: no fussing, stress, anxiety, or anger. You walk with your head held high, and your posture is straight as an arrow.
How is being calm something you do in life?

@pamharley003 This is really helpful, thank you for sharing with us 🥰 Sending lots of love your way 🐾💕
@pamharley003 maybe after months of trying to accept my situation and even if struggling following a video of meditation or mindfulness that it will start to become part of me. I asked AI chat to make a pre work routine, or stuck routine with a section on kindness, gratitude and compassion...by doing it every so many days... with repetition it must sink in.
