Does mindfulness affect the well being of older adults?
Mindfulness interventions on the well being for adults largely affect them with anxiety, depression stress and pain acceptance. Mindfulness can also help in our physical well being such as cancer, arthritis, and other chronic conditions.
Mindfulness can help us as we get older in regulating emotions we have and reduce stress we may have. by practicing mindfulness and mediation we can teach our bodies and mind through our breathing and improve our well being.

Deep breathing exercises, body scans, yoga or tai chi as well as mindful walking help me to rebalance and calm down. I also like mindful eating because it helps me to really appreciate and taste my food. There are many mindfulness exercises here
