What always makes me feel happy is when I feel like I earned something through enough effort. Another thing that always makes me happy is food. Good food is a wonder. One more thing is anything beautiful. From things, people to moments.

What do you think that the happiest people make time for in life?
I think one of the things that they make time for is to enjoy the little things in life. They tend to value time and culvating deeper and more meaningful relationship.

The three most important things for me to be happy are my dog, my crafting hobbies, and my mental wellbeing! The happiest people in life probably make time for their loved ones, activities that they truly enjoy, and self care.
