Radical Acceptance
On my homepage, one of today's options was Radical Acceptance which I completed. Now I've got a little more time i've tried to revisit it but can't. Is there an alternative link to it ?

I took a look at the default path under preview and didn't see it there, or at least didn't recognize it by the headings.

What is radical acceptance? Never got around to reading the book. I have so many pending books right now.

It's one of the practices of DBT, it appealed to my logical as opposed to spiritual mind.
Been listening to the 'Wise Mind: a DBT podcast' you might find interesting, I'm looking into DBT therapy as it might help with both PTSD & ADHD.
