Today is Saturday and we completed first week of first month of 2018.

This week, many of us resumed work, school, college or other thing after holidays. And when we resume things after long break, somehow we struggle to get in rhythm to continue with tasks. But, our mind is such a wise tool that regardless of it, somehow we learn to keep moving on and putting efforts and energy to complete things.

Like after holidays I was finding hard and had feeling of procrastination but still

--- Scheduled Meetings and Discussions

--- Attended and completed them on time

--- On 7Cups, listened and supported some new members

--- And, Saturday reached. When the whole week passed, I din't even realized.

Because my mind was busy in trying to stay accountable for my roles at my Workplace, College & here. It was occupied with a thought, "If I don't do it today, it will pile up for tomorrow and become a huge block for me." And to be honest, I am scared of those big piles. Thats why it kept me going regardless of somewhere I felt to procrastinate.

It was a brief update of what I did this week. What about you?

1. How was your first week?

2. What Occupied Your Mind This Week?

3. What are you looking forward for second week?

1. How was your first week?

My first week was happy and stressful. I started it happy about being with someone I loved, and then worrying about another loved one's health, and then someone bothering that person I love. I will do something (I dont know what yet) to close the cycle in a good way tomorrow.

2. What Occupied Your Mind This Week?

A recent trip, loved one's health. My weight.

3. What are you looking forward for second week?

The possibility to re-start yoga classes and doing excersise regularly. Being done with my last class of the semester.

1. How was your first week?

My first week was up and down, but good. It's actually gone incredibly fast! II feel like I'm off to a progressive start, as long as I stay in touch with myself and reaffirm all the things I learn when things get hard. I've also managed to filter out neccessary errands and get things done! Taking breaks has boosted my productivity.

2. What Occupied Your Mind This Week?

All sorts. The main themes have been trying to ease back into taking time for myself, why it's important, and how I react to the external world. I've been trying to let my emotions in, and also look at 'flaws' and wonder how best to re-work them into things I can make use of.

3. What are you looking forward for second week?

Alright, second week I'm hoping is even better! I'm hoping I can continue to pull myself up (distraction is tempting) and continue to check in with myself, but also understand and learn a little more about myself. Also hope to get some learning done and knock out some of my goals.
