Mindfulness Daily Check-in- august 23
Hello awesome people! Welcome to Mindfulness Space!! I am Obs. 
I hope you are doing well. And if not, do share your feelings and emotions with Mindfulness space and me here today. We are with you.
Today no exercise, no thoughts, no tips and ways. Today we will play. 
Are you ready?
I am ready! Before we start, let's get back for a moment in past.
One day I was providing training to my trainees at my workplace. And I gave them this scenario to solve.
And I guess many you might got it right. We will be solving same scenario here too. 
Scenario--
You are a bus driver. Bus started at 6 am from Relationship Support Centre and reached its first stop at Anxiety Support Station. And, 5 people boarded the bus.
Next stop was Appreciation Club. There 3 passengers got off the bus and 10 people boarded
Then bus reached to Internship Course where 6 passengers got off the bus and 7 boarded in the bus.
Like this bus travelled to Depression Area, Addictions Palace to Mindfulness Space Center.

Wow this is profound words here "it's important to not let preconceptions color one's current perceptions."
I know this is easy said then done, as even me have some issues flying high on situations. Yes me tooThat is why mindfulness is really great to learn. It helps us slow down, take a breath and really see each situation as it is WITHOUT added things that are false.

My answer would have to be that if I guessed the driver's age I would not be Mindful but Judging and analyzing
so no age would I define,

@ASilentObserver Hi Obs! How are you doing today? I hope you had a lovely day and week so far! I really loved this check-in! I realized the driver is me. A young woman who is soon to be 23 and continuing her journey through life visiting the various communities as well as meeting and letting go of people along the way. Such a beautiful metaphor (or analogy).
