Hi beautiful Mindfulness people.

Today is the 5th day of our trip around the world. Hope you all enjoyed the park in Lyon, France. The flamingos, flowers, the beautiful trees - ahh, so nice sitting on one of the benches taking it all in. Sigh

But we still want to see the other places, so let's move on.
