The last time I exercised was …
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Let's reflect on our activity levels today. It is important to note that the exercise looks different for everyone depending on their physical and mental state. Some maybe able to run miles while others may only be able to take a few steps, lets not compare our activity level to each other. The goal is to just reflect on our own efforts.
When was the last time you exercised?

The last time I exercised was …
- Just now. Yay! 🌝
I've been exercising for a week now, and I feel like giving up but I won't. I can't give up now.
Last Friday
Yesterday at around 7pm
I thouroughyly enjoy my work out sessions every week!!! Each week is new and challenging :)
What kind of workouts do you to and like to do?
@Hope
I work everyday and don't really have much time after work so everyday I make my job a workout, I do new construction plumbing and its a demanding job on its own but exercise helps me both physically and mentally so i find anyway I can fit in a good workout and keep myself on track.
I made it a goal to at least do 20 pushups a day, even if it's 5 here 10 there, sometimes even a walk around the neighborhood, small steps to gain the addiction are better than none.
The one saying that keeps me going is "Rome was not built in a day" so I treat my body as such. I started changing my diet from junk food and sugary drinks to water and bread/fruits. It was the hardest adjustment to make, but I'm glad that I had enough willpower left in me to challenge myself. Now and then I'll enjoy a yoo-hoo as a gentle reminder of the luxurious aspect of things, but again Rome took longer than a single day to perfect it's beauty.
I hope those on here can find that inner drive to make even the slightest change. Don't worry about the outside world and what their judgement is, use that as fuel to your inner fire to make the change that they could never do themselves.
