I hate when my vibe gets changed and I get irritated 😔 I try to motivate myself to change my mindset and it's working today, my kids don't deserve a moody mom 😔

So valid to not like your irrittated mood and not want your kids to experience your moody-ness, but hey you're a hooman too and it does get challenging to keep up with the motivation and going easy somedays.

What usually helps you center/ regain your calm during these times?

I journal and keep track of my mood when I wake up until I go to sleep, if I'm feeling off I try to correct it with a positive thought and it recenters my mindset and I'm not irritated any longer

@compassionateCar7091 that's great that you were able to change your mindset. A skill not a lot of people have. Great self-regulation skills.

Everyone has the right to feel moody sometimes we are all human. I know that you don't want to be a irritated mother but you are validated on how you are feeling in the present moment. What are some coping skills that you can try when  your frustrated or moody?
