Today my goals are to:
- clean the kitchen/dining area
- get that documentation printed out that I told you about and ready to send
- finalize the camping menu/grocery list
- spend some time looking through my teachers guides in preparation to start homeschool
- do yoga

I am doing ok on my goals. I printed everything out that I needed and got it ready for the mail tomorrow. I started working on the kitchen and on the camping menu.
Now I'm taking a break and drinking my second cup of coffee. Then I will do yoga and take a shower. My husband golfs tonight so I don't have to make dinner until later, but I'm doing homemade pizza per my son's request, so I need to get the dough rising by 4 so the pizzas are ready to bake at 5ish.

My day went good... All pre-determined not having to self-motivate is easier than being resposible for making and breaking decisions. you said structure is good and I'll add Forced structure has big benefits too. I will definetly fill you in on all the gorey details of my days on an off day, for sure... so, stay tuned!
I need a good pizza dough recipe. I use large flour tortillias. I fry them up slathered with olive oil until they're brown on both sides... sauce, toppings, cheeses... under 550 degree broiler for 3 - 5 minutes. Bam - instant pizza! Not as screaming as yours I know. By the way, thanks for my coffee and cookies.😜
@IsayUncle This is the pizza dough recipe I use but it makes 3 large pizzas so I'm going to find you another one I tried that makes just one. Do you have a pizza stone? You will love making pizza if you make it this way. It's almost like getting a pizza delivered but for us it's like $35 cheaper lol!

It was a busy day. Morning bus run and then drive 1 hour to practice. The practice went good. I'm doing parellel now. Drivers side and Blind side. There's no one at the school for the next 3 days so the truck is all mine to use... Pretty awesome right? The different parking manuvers are called the "Skills Test" and I did the other manuvers fine but failed the parallel. Anyway, practice went good and had time to stop at walmart before making it back to the kids.
Thanks for the dough recipe. It is ridiculous the cost of a pizza! An awesome pizza place might make it a nice treat sometimes but most pizza;s around here ain't no better than a frozen pizza. I live in pizza paradise it CT. New Haven and New york pizza's.... or pies if your snooty. haha

@IsayUncle Parallel parking in a semi truck? That would be super challenging! That would definitely take some practice. How is it going so far?

No reply button on your last post so it's here. I didn't do them yet... one of my problems, go to clean but have to cook first. I had to laugh, banana bread net, after pizza before cleaning, sounds like me, haha💚 Back to trying again.
Paralleling a semi sounds crazy huh? It's not really too bad if you hit your marks. The tricky part is correcting yourself if you miss the marks, which happens a lot. There's four parts to the entire test, I've passed two sections so got two to go. We don't have to re-test on the sections we've passed which is good.
@IsayUncle Oh that is nice! So if you passed one of the two that would be progress and not a complete fail. Of course I know you want to pass both and I hope you will!
So if you do pass will you quit driving for the school and get a job driving a truck right away? Is that the goal? Would you be on the road a lot then?

Anyway... I'll stay with the bus job if I can keep my bills paid. In this small community, it is ripe for tourism and I want to do that with part of my property. I'm really looking forward to building a craft center for the local kids and tying that into a crafty b-n-b vacation idea. That's the plan. I'm 62, This CDL is my safety net and back-up plan. I've never chased the dollar but it'll pay $1500 - $2500 / week. (That's a lot for me) I'm dept free except taxes insurances bills etc. ... living expenses so that's a great safety net for me. That's what makes it so critical.
Talking about working with the kids, I have two high schoolers coming with me to practice on saturday. I told them I needed help moving the cones around but I'm just trying to plant a trucking seed in thier brain. I hope they go. Never know with kids. They're foster kids angry at the world, on my bus. Try to make a difference, yea?

@IsayUncle. That is a lot of money for most people I think! That makes sense. It's nice of you to invite those boys to go with you. I bet being a foster kid would be hard. Not really feeling like you belonged to anyone.
Your idea for your property sounds cool! Do you have detailed plans for what you want to do? I don't know what your property is like, but people would probably pay to camp there too. So that could be an option until you get your final idea set up to make a little extra money maybe. There are lots of people that travel around in vans or rvs💙

I really have some amazing options. It's really mindblowing, I'll share it all with you by and by. But a brief idea.. Camping spots, BnB's Shooting range , ATV... I'm in the middle of a national forest. Got a river, kayaking. So much amazing stuff to do. So much work.... And then there's the depression.
I got it so good, If I can't break my depression how hard is it for people with less hope. We must always lift others up because depression crosses all races, status's, genders, all walks of life. Make ourselves stronger this year to help more next year.
I can't wait to share with you when I stop dreaming and start doing..... Time for the goals game.... Imagine that list, Right?

Let's Do It!.... Is Right On. If your room gets like mine sometime, it takes a while to get it sorted right; so get some more done on that and soon it'll be done enough. (Which you probably already did). Art journaling could be so many emotions with art. What is yours like, IF you wish to share. Sad, Uplifting, Dark or Angry? All the above?
PS you did Mean solve a math problem, right? lol.

Thank you for this nice comment, I didn't know art journal was supposed to have such themes. Mine is really messy and I usually write motivating quotes there, so when I'm down I read them and feel motivated.
But I like the idea of having a dark and angry art journal, that would help me express myself and feel calmer.
My room is so messy, I have collected so many stuff that may be necessary for my art journal but don't have the time to use them. I have to do math and it takes a lot of time, also have a garden, this needs work too. Yesterday I made a fence around some plants. It's hard to do all of these with aching hand and other bodily problems. I feel so guilty for having so many projects but I don't want to let go of any of them.
The Math problem has already been solved, there are some confusing parts about it, and the question has not been properly worded, so I have to think about it to get more clarity.

Hey, your welcome. I don't think art journals are "Supposed" to have any themes. I was just curious what direction yours was going. I've never heard of an art journal before, but now that I have, I think it's an amazing idea to express oneself, and all aspects of that journey.
I think you like math.... This one's kind of like a puzzle huh? Thanks for asking about my day. Doing well. Just working driving a school bus and practicing for a test for commercial driving. My house is a mess but my 4 dogs are happy. Everything feels good this morning.
