Just completed active listening course

I have completed 'the 7 Cups for the Searching Soul Self Help Guide' and have earned the '7Cups Guide' badge. I am thankful for the 7 Cups of Tea of writing such an interesting book.
I would like to share my criticism on one count. The book mentioned that 'Buddhism started Meditation or Mindfulness'. Meditation and Yoga have been the part of the Culture of Hinduism (Please understand that 'Hinduism' is not a religion but a way or life, a cultural identity of India. Jainism, Buddhism and Sikhism are the Religion of the Indian cultural (or 'Hinduism'). P.S.: Like People from Europe Called us India or Indians, People from the Middle East or Islamic World called us Hind or Hindus. The word Hind is a synonym of India and the word Hindu is a synonym of Indian) even before the birth of Lord Gautam Buddha. Meditation has also been the part of Jainism which was started centuries before Buddhism.

Also, I would like to say that what I feel on certain references which were given after certain statements. I feel that many of the statements, insights, information for which the reference or credit is given to an author of a Western Author are, in reality, the parts of Hinduism.

I am feeling great that I have earned the ADHD badge after completing the ADHD Self Help Guide. Thank You 7 Cups of Tea for writing this wonderful learning material and including important YouTube videos.

I earned a badge for saying hello to someone who entered a support chat. I'm not sure why I should be celebrating that. They didn't respond, and no one in the chat is talking about the topic of the chat. They also seem to be many years younger than I am, so that isn't making me feel welcomed.

So, I'm not understanding how this is helpful or worth being happy about. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
