hello all,i accidently found this site today and its probably saved my life. i am an autistic guy of 45,i have terrible anxiety,obseesional thoughts and behaviours and was seriously considering ending it today as i cant bare to be constantly terrorized by my thoughs and anxieties. i have did all the meds stuff from the doctors,none seem to work. i listened to one of the talks on the site and it has calmed me down so much. i realize its only one day thats its helped but hopefully tomorrow it will benefit me again.
i hope all of you are one stop ahead of your demons and wish you all the best for the future
