I just recieved my ACT therapy badge and I must congratulate the program. I feel a new energy flowing through my body. I feel like out of all my members I chat with I think acceptance is the hardest part and to recieve listener training helps so much in being a better listener than average. I love listening and plan to listen to some get stories in the future.
