Hey impartial drum. Congratulations for the upvotes. I've read about them, but haven't exactly figured out what they are or what they look like or how to give someone an upvote. Can you please let me know, or tell me a link that lets me know?

I just did the boundary badge. Meaty subject that I handn't really done much more than touch on at a much more superficial level. This boundary training was really a good overview and made me realise there's much more to boundary theory (i.e. more closely relevant to me) than I'd previously thought would be possible. I had missed this on the list and only realised this training was there because there were excerpts about it on the short courses on the "my progress path" page. So thanks for whoever put that there. Boundary training is good to know a bit about, and this was a really interesting and informative short course. Thanks for this 7 cups.
