I got the surviving Breakups badge today.
I broke up with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and I wasn't able to move on at all. It was my first relationship and my first breakup.
I didn't know what to do. I started overthinking about the future and how was my ex-boyfriend holding up. This training today, motivated me and showed me a ray of hope in a dark forest. <3
I am really happy that this training is not only helpful for me but will be helpful for the members who come to me seeking support with breakups.

The breakup must be really rough on you. Sorry about that. I've been through a rough breakup as well so I get it. It really sucks. You are correct. It sucks. And we blame ourselves for all of it.
Now I realised that we mustn't blame anyone for it. It happens when a couple doesn't fully understand each other. My breakup wasn't like that but I can relate to it.
