Why do badges matter? Are we measured by such means? i don't want to announce my badges. Badges are not who we are. Do we need them? Don't we want to follow our hearts instead?
Badges matter because they signify continued education in listening skills and listening is why were all here.
Its not necessary to announce or post badges however, posting helps to strengthen and encourage the 7cups Community as a whole. This is not a competition, 7cups is a group effort and youre on a team. When one team member does well the whole team gets better.
And yes,..We certainly do want to follow our hearts but I feel the best of hearts still require a little coaching from the brain most of the time… 😍
