For me, it was this pop-up ad which I usually used to ignore but glad I noticed this one and tried it out. Turns out to be one of the best thing I have logged into.

@TrustMeTalkingHelps I found out about 7cups in a conversation with a therapist. When I explored the community for myself, I truly saw it's unique value to people and decided I must be a part and spread the word.
