I just earned a badge for completing the Help Managing Emotions training.
While I was already familiar with many of these strategies, I found the organization of them into acronyms and lists for different situations to be helpful. It was also nice to read a little about how and why these strategies work. And I also appreciated the opportunity to learn new strategies, as well as the validation for those I already use.

Sometimes I think it would be handy to skip ahead to a particular page in these Training Modules for quick reference, once we have sucessfully completed them of course.
