Hello!

What a great positive post! My goal currently is to just do things that make me happy.

It sounds cliché but it’s cliché for a reason! :P

What are your goals?

That's a great goal, cliche or not. It takes a lot thought and positive actions to move in a happy direction. Awesome, stay at it.😊

My immediate goal is to get my cdl license. 👍

My goal is to swap "You" for "I".

When I want to communicate, to try to use more "I" statements and less "you" statements.

That is such a powerful habit to break but it really helps communications 100%. Thanks for sharing and posting. Do you have any techniques or tricks you use during a conversation? The reason I ask is because I'm trying to improve my communication skills and it seems when I'm done with a conversation, I realize I often default to my bad habits and I hate it.
