How are you doing today?

It hasn't been the best day today, but I know things will improve, so just living with things right now.

What are you looking forward to this coming week?
There are quite a few things I'm looking forward to! I get to see some family members that I really like spending time with, and meet up with friends I haven't seen in a while

Hi! Yeah, I can feel that, like, "This isn't great but I guess it won't be like this forever so I'll muddle through for now. 😞"

I have a ticket to go to Handel's Messiah sung by a choir next Saturday night. I really hope my boss gives me the day off. I asked for it off over one month ago, but she isn't good with scheduling.

Day's only started and not been the best this far. We'll see how it turns out.

What are you looking forward to this coming week?
I'll have a annual longer appointment with my shrink, to go over the past year. I'm always kinda looking forward to that. And spending time with my partner a bit.

Today I am feeling a bit positive after recovering from another bad episode of depression. This week I am looking forward to hosting two special events related to the holidays. And probably next week I will be hosting another session on BPD with some modifications to scripts I am working on

@QuietMagic 1. How are you doing today? I'm ok. I'm just a little anxious. I don't want anyone at work to ask me how I'm spending Christmas because I'll be alone.

What are you looking forward to this coming week? I'm looking forward to my days off so I can just relax.
