My week hasn't been anything out of the ordinary.
🧡 What have you been thinking about lately?
I've been thinking about trying to fix my sleep cycle and get more work done through consistency.

Happy July to you too 😊 Having a normal week sounds nice. I'm also thinking about sleep schedule stuff--current motivator is just noticing that among all of the dozen or so variables that affect my mood/energy levels, sleep seems to be pretty high on the list

How has your week been so far?
weeks been ok for most part other then being way above normal temps for us here with high humidity too so without having AC it really limited my time online as desktop in bedroom that hottest room in my apartment i sleep in living room most the time so it been really bad on my health the high temps

mostly way to stay cool without AC and to avoid ending up in ER again due to the health issues and the heat right now here were i live

Sorry it's been so hot, and that makes sense that you're taking precautionary measures to avoid additional near-fainting incidents and trips to the ER. Hopefully the temperatures return back to the normal/expected summer heat pretty soon

last night was little better was able to open window and put fan in it as it went down into the low 60's but our weather going to go back up into 80's again later this coming week but some nights it cool down like it normally does here i also order a small like personal cooling thing that be here next week that i can sit next to me hoping that will help
was so glad today i have the battery operated fan as power went out and it happened a few times think they got it fixed now but was so glad i have that fan

yes it kinda is power today been off and on too but was out with home aid some did food shopping for part of the stuff i need for month will order more have it delivered either tomorrow or tueday as that big help too but i had not been out since last Wednesday so she said seeing she was here it be good for me to get out so we did i kinda scared to go out to stores alone now after almost passing out just feel safer with another person with me as if went out on own i have to take bus too
was nice getting out today tomorrow i have to take bus to a appointment so hoping that goes ok home aid be here wednessday and Friday but she not allowed to take me to appointments so she come after i get home friday from one that i be taking bus too i text her when i get home but both Friday and Wednesday will be her 4 hour days with me today was 3 hours but seeing i really not have others who i see in person it nice even in that way to just be with another human offline

Makes total sense that you'd prefer to have someone with you when you go out (and time your shopping trips accordingly) if there's a real risk of almost passing out. And it's also just nice to have someone around to talk to. 😊 Hope the appointment goes well 💜

appointment at community mental health went well and called HUTCH worker at community mental health to help me change eye doctor as one i have billed me for something i not agree on and this 3 time this has happened so feel i just not in right place with them it hurting my mental health too so i found one that take me it about 35 min away but sounds better the HUTCH lady going to help get records over to other doctor from old one so not sure how long that take
other appointment is Friday with normal doctor it a fellow up from the ER visited
so i see what happens then

❤️ How has your week been so far?… It was well, went by quick, & Now I’m away on vacation up North back in my hometown enjoying all the nostalgia.~
🧡 What have you been thinking about lately?… Nothing but just enjoying the Summer, my family, & continuing to succeed in my personal goals.~
